The Impossible (And Necessary) Task of Counting Homeless Youths

Without an accurate count of how many young people are living without a home on their own, there can’t be effective policy. So at the end of January activists and volunteers in Connecticut will try to find and engage every young person between the ages of 13 and 24 who is homeless or unstably housed.
