David serves Of Counsel to the Hartford-based law firm Robinson & Cole LLP, where he was a partner for over 25 years and chaired the firm’s Tax Exempt Organizations Group. He presently serves as immediate past board chair of Oak Hill, the largest provider in Connecticut for persons with disabilities. David has served on numerous nonprofit boards, including as board chair of HARC, serving people with intellectual disabilities, and chair of the Trustees of Colt Bequest, which operates an independent housing residence in Hartford. He has twice served appointed terms on the Connecticut Council On Developmental Services and was elected the Council’s chair.

Prior to joining Robinson and Cole, David was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City.

David is presently a pastoral counselor and life coach.
